The clinic is registered with all the major health care providers, including BUPA and AXA/PPP, Vitality and Simply Health. Please contact your health care provider and inform them you are visiting the clinic, so they can provide you with an up to date authorisation code. If you wish to claim through private health insurance, please can you make our reception staff aware when booking your initial consultation.
In order to bill your insurance company directly please can you provide the following information:
1. Your policy number and your authorisiation number along with the number of treatments that have been authorised or the monetary limit.
2. A copy of your your GP referral letter so we can keep in contact with them.
3. A copy of your insurers letter stating any policy excess or percentage of co-payment that you are responsible for.
We can provide an itemised receipt for your insurer should you wish to claim back the costs from the insurer directly yourself.
